Sunday was the final day of the Con. The Battlestar New York and Battlestar Fan Club tables were proud to display the art of Jose Sanchez, who stopped by to sign some of his work.
Much to my surprise, it turned out that the man behind the Lucifer costune was Max Cervantes, a member of the Battlestar Galactica Revival Yahoo Group. Max was kind enough to bring down the costume, and displayed it for all to see at the BSNY Table. The highlight of the day was when Tom DeSantos actually stopped by the BSNY table to view Steve Parady's Galactica models, and even posed for photos!
Once the dealers room closed, I went back to the hotel room, and took a few photos of the smoke from the fires. As of October 30, over 650,000 acres have already burned. The smoke was thick, and my throat was scratchy most of the time.
Finally, it was time for the Dead Daggit party. I FINALLY got my photo of me and Richard!!! It was a GREAT Convention, and I am glad I got to meet so many people from the ORIGINAL CAST, the Battlestar Galactica Fan Club, The Battlestar Galactica Revival Yahoo Group, and other fans!!!!
